  To guarantee the booking, an advance payment in the amount of the cost of the first day is required.
  The prepayment will be refunded to you if the free cancellation conditions are met.
  
  Cancellation conditions:
  - Free cancellation is possible 24 hours (1 day) before arrival for stays from December 1 to December 29, from January 11 to March 3 to March 1, and from November 01 to December 29.
  - Free cancellation is possible 120 hours (5 days) before arrival for stays from December 30 to January 10, and from April 01 to October 30.
  In case of a later cancellation, the cost of the first day will be charged.
  
  Other conditions:
  The maximum number of bookings according to the tariff is 3 rooms for 1 birthday person. Documents are required to confirm the date of birth.
